Q: Do I receive a disk of with all of my images?

A: We deliver our images online via a private gallery.  This ensures prompt delivery and allows you to share your gallery with friends and family. Through this gallery you can purchase prints, canvases, and additional images. 

Q: Can I print my images myself?

A: Yes, of course! All of our images give the client what is called “limited copyright.”  This simply means you can do anything you want with the images expect alter or sell them. So print away! However our online gallery makes it so simple to order prints and have them shipped to your door from one of the top labs in the country. 

Q: What if it rains on the day of my session?

A: If there is weather conditions that would negatively affect the out come of your images we will simply reschedule.  Please note that we are often on location before your scheduled session time and can send you updates regarding the conditions via text or email.

Q: How long after my session will my images be delivered?

A: We always deliver our images to our clients as soon as possible. However we have set time frames for each of our different types of sessions. 

     -Weddings: 4-6 weeks         -Engagement: 2 weeks         -Engagement: 2 weeks         -Lifestyle: 2 weeks         -Mini: 10-14 days

Q: How do I complete my contact and invoice for my session deposit?

A: We are proud to incorporate an online interface that allows us to send our clients both their contracts and invoices via email. The contract, once reviewed, can be completed with the click of a button.  The invoice can be completed with any major credit card or Paypal. Your will receive a confirmation emails letting you know both have been completed successfully.

Q: How do I pay my remaining balance?

A: We have multiple payment options for your convenience. All are due at the beginning of your sessions. Our favorite method of payment is by check. The IRS loves checks, and we love the IRS.  We also accept credit card payments at the session via Square.  Or if you prefer we can send you an invoice for the remaining balance via Paypal.  Square transactions will be charged a small transaction fee.

Q: What happens if I refer a friend?

A: We love referrals! We always thank our clients for passing us along with a free 8x10 print of their favorite image.
