Q: Do we receive a disk with all of our images?

A: We deliver all final images through a private online gallery, making it easy to view, download, and share your photos with friends and family. This digital delivery allows for faster turnaround and a seamless experience for our Orange County photography clients. Through your gallery, you can also order professional-quality prints, canvases, and products from one of the top photo labs in the country.

Q: Can we print our images ourselves?

A: Absolutely! All of our photography packages include limited copyright, which means you are free to print and share your images for personal use. The only restrictions are altering or reselling the images. While you’re welcome to print on your own, our online gallery makes it incredibly easy to order high-quality prints that are professionally produced and shipped directly to your door.

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of our session?

A: If weather conditions would negatively impact your photo session in Orange County, we will simply reschedule at no additional cost. We often arrive on location ahead of time and will keep you updated via text or email so you’re never left guessing about conditions.

Q: How long after our session will our images be delivered?

A: We always aim to deliver images as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality. Our standard turnaround times are:

Weddings & Events: 1–2 weeks

Portrait Sessions (families, engagements, maternity): 7–10 days

Q: How do we complete our contract and pay the session deposit?

A: We use a secure online booking system to send contracts and invoices directly to your email. Contracts can be reviewed and signed electronically, and deposits can be paid using any major credit card or PayPal. You’ll receive confirmation emails once everything is completed successfully.

Q: How do we pay the remaining balance?

A: Final balances are due at the beginning of your photography session. We offer several payment options for convenience, including check, credit card via Square, or PayPal invoice. Please note that Square transactions include a small processing fee.

Q: What happens if we refer a friend?

A: We truly appreciate referrals! As a thank-you, clients who refer a friend receive a complimentary 8×10 professional print of their favorite image from their session.
